Insurance approval process.

I've completed the 6 mo wgt mgmt requirements and I'm pndg approval f/my insurance co (Blue Cross). Has anyone had their surgery at the UTMB Center for Weight Management in Galveston, Texas who has also used Blue Cross? Wondering when I can expect to hear f/the insurance company.
