Anyone have Great West Ins

I have to diet for 6 months before my ins will cover, plus my doctors office never sent all the info the ins needed. When I would go to the doctor they would never weigh me I have Great west ins anyone else have this ins, and how can I get away with not having the past three years of posted weight from my doctor. I have a new doctor now, but How could I prove I have been obeese for more than 5 yrs. Any help with this ins would be appriciated
