How soon for weight loss after surgery?

I am one week post-op. I came home from hospital and weighed 211, the next morning I was 203. I was sure that was all fluid loss from the surgery. Problem is I am now 201 and it's not moving. I have stuck right to the bariatric diet (no cheating). I am also walking as much as I feel up to. I am worried somethiong is wrong that I am not losing. Anyone out there had this happen?
