Its been 3 weeks and I have only lost 21 lbs. Am I doing something wrong?

I have read others profiles and they have lost over 30 lbs in a month. I've only lost 21 lbs. I think Im doing something wrong. I had wanted to lose at least 30 lbs. by my first month. I dont think thats going to happen. Can anyone give me some advise on what I'm doing wrong? -Madeline
