Why would you NOT have WLS again?

Having seen the resounding positive reply to the yes or no about doing WLS again, I am wondering about why someone would decide to NOT have the surgery again. I think this is a valuable part of the information that those of us who are in the pre-surgery phase need to know. So, if you are willing to share I would love to know.
