I HAVE HIP OF NEW YORK AND SUBMITTED FOR A TUMMY TUCK THROUGH MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR AND SURGEON THEY DENIED ME STATING IT WAS NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY ANY ADVISE?? APPEAL LETTERS OR SUPPORT LETTER THANKS SO MUCH
