Any one here have lupus or leukemia?

I went to the hospital yesterday and the doctor there told me he thinks i have some sort of AutoImmune disease and he thinks it's either Lupus or Leukemia because my white cell count has been elevated so long and it's getting higher.He said my sedimentation rate was high and my rdw diff was high and also my ddimer test he did a cat scan and saw nothing that would cause problems but said that it's something,the sucky part is i just left my suregeons office yesterday to and i was so excited my pre-op testing is scheduled for next Wed.and i should have the surgery by the end of the month.I would just like to know if anyone else has any of these disease and if so what happens if you do.Thanks for reading i'm terrified here :(
