Has anyone with Harvard Pilgrim HMO been approved for a TT?

My husband's policy is changing from BC/BS to either Harvard Pilgrim or Tufts. Has anyone been approved for abdominoplasty or panni by them? He also has a choice of UNITED Healthcare PPO. Are PPO's more apt to approve than an HMO? We need to decide by Tuesday on insurance so if anyone has info on this issue your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
