post-op~NEW Insurance~United~Harvard Pilgrim OR Tufts?? HELP!

My husband's company just got bought out and our insurance choices are Harvard Pilgrim HMO, United Healthcare PPO or Tufts HMO. We live in MA and I need to choose the one that is most likely to cover panni, breast reduction. Please share your experiences with any of these insurance companies. Much appreciated. THANKS!
