It would be great if we could have a list to refer to.

For prospective patients, who may be interested in going out of their own state, it would be great if there were a central list on this site of web sites for surgeons who perform WLS surgeries. I have done a lot of searching on the web at different times ony to find the web site somewhere else by accident. The ASBS site doesn't always have the web addresses for doctors.
