TriCare Prime confuses me....
Ok I've recently moved to California from Oklahoma. While still in Oklahoma I went to a seminar 2 weeks later Tricare standard wouldn't cover it because I wasn't on any medications. Since then I've moved to California and updated to Prime and have a Dr. appt coming up trying to get my referral. I've gained weight since the move because while I was in Oklahoma I was taking diet pills and stopped taking them right around the seminar since I was moving. Is it going to matter if I'm a different weight than a few months ago and switching my insurance to prime that I'll possibly be able to get it? I'm just so confused with Tricare. I think I meet the requirement for the 200% over the ideal weight. wouldn't that be the ideal weight multiplied by 2? sorry for all the questions in one thing haha like I said I'm confused. I just really want to get the surgery and keep reading so much stuff that makes me doubt I'll be able to have it covered now :(
