How do you gain weight when you are not eating.

I am about 3wks out. I got on the scale and I have gained 2lbs. OK. I dont get all my protein in I usually have 2 -3 tbs of eggs 1 sausage, shake, 1bottle of water, 1/3 cup of greek yogurt and that is it all day. How can I be gaining? What am I doing wrong?
