8 years post op and need a revsion...badly

I'm 8 years post-op, open RNY, one of the first to be done in a teaching hospital in Chicago (before it became popular). I never got down to my surgeons anticipated weight loss of 140 pounds. I only lost 100 max in a matter of 2.5 years. I'm now tipping the scales at 215, just 50 pounds under my day of surgery weight. My question is, will insurance cover a revision (BCBSIL)I'm so frustrated.
