Does everyone need plastic surgery/TT after WLS?

I don't have a surgery date for WLS at this point but have had two other surgeries for non-WL issues- one involving small incisions to the stomach which made my stomach muscles worse/non existent. I have about 140lbs to lose. After have WLS (RNY) is plastic surgery ALWAYS necessary?
