Does anyone get bad stomach aches?

I am over 3 mos post op lap rny and last night i had a terrible stomach ache around belly button area. It was stabbing pain and felt like someone punching me. I also heard alot of rumbling. Could this be gas pain? I had eaten a sf vanilla fudge pop about 15 minutes before this (which i have eaten before with no problem). Any thoughts on this?
