Anyone had duodenol switch or revision done on a failed RNY? Omaha surgeons?

I am looking at having a revision done on a failed RNY (the doctor's fault) or possibly the duodenol switch. Has anyone ever had this done? Are you glad you did it? Does anyone have a surgeon in Omaha to recommend?
