Revision after twins and coverage by Ohio Medicaid?

I had twins in August 2005. I had wls on December 1, 2003. I only gained 20lbs with the babies. I ended up losing that at my six week checkup. Plus sixteen more lbs. I am not at 320lbs. I am gaining weight and it is driving me nuts. I want to see about a revision. My doctors says I need one. The only thing is, will Medicaid cover it? He said I should have lost more than I have. Since January of 2005, I have went from 272lbs to 320lbs. I don't know what to do. CAN SOMEONE HELP? THANKS!
