Revision without SLD? Have Not been transected.

I had RNY LAP in Aug of 2001. I have gained 50lbs in the past 2 yrs. I never seem to get full anymore and can eat well over 1 cup at a sitting. I have tried dieting again, not eating, eating only 1 meal a day, exercising to no avail. I am having UGI tomorrow (4-14-06) to check for SLD. I have not been transected as far as I know. Is it possible to get revision to transection even if there is no SLD? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
