I live in Texas and have medicaid here.Will medicaid pay if its causing health issuee

I am 32 yrs old and my blood pressure is up and my legs and feet hurt all the time because of my weight,will my medicais in Texas cover the lap band surgery if i qualify?I want to be here to raise my 2 beautiful children and I have heart didsease in my family.It scares me.
