Has anyones resting heart rate drop real low after gastric bypass?

I am 3 weeks post op and 3 nights ago I check my heart rate in the evening and it was in the 50's. Since then its in the 50's from the evening till the morning. Then it is in the high 60's-70's during the day. Normally my pulse before the operation was in the 90's.
