What do you think of these snacks?
I try to limit snacking, but when the "salt attacks" come on, I have found "Glenny's Soy Crisps" to be pretty good. They come in 2-serving bags, and for each serving, provides the following: 70 Cal, Total Fat 1.5 g, Total Carb 9 g, Fiber 1.5 g, Sugar 1 g, Protein 4.5 g, Sodium 170 mg. There are various flavors, and all I've tried have been pretty good-tasting. What do you all think?
