Anyone Experience

I have been having dark circles appear on my skin in various sizes the smallest speck size and the largest quarter size. I saw on TV yesterday a lady that said she got dark circles on her skin from doing the Atkins diet and her DR. said it was from the lack of carbs. I was just wondering if any of you have experienced this and was told the cause????????
