Can you offer suggestions on how I can reach goal of 120 within 6

to 9 months? I remember mentioning to the board that I'm so *preoccupied* (not real crazy about the word "obsessed") with writing down EVERYTHING I eat and drink...I'm 5'2" with a starting weight of actually 265, but was down to about 235 when I became a member of AMOS. Then I went back up to about 248 or so prior to my surgery. Is this REALLY necessary to record everything? Some say yes, others say fthat I am going overboard. I want to do the right thing, I can't hardly concentrate on anything...please help! Thanks for listening.
