Need advice, boyfriend and best friend are both avoiding me, surgery in 4 days!!

Surgery in 4 days and best friend says she soooo busy, has no time to talk. She always been the tall thin friend. We've been frineds for 14 years, I cant' believe this. My boyfriend is mad at me and won't say, but he won't take any of my calls, we haven't spoken in 4 days, I think there both having issues with this surgery. I have heard that this happens, but I didn't think the two most important people in my life would do this to me, I need help!!
