nauseated every night

I had RNY last month. Every night around 7:30. I get nauseated and have the dry heaves. It last for about 2 1/2 hours. I have tried everything from eating, not eating, drinking something with sugar, drinking water etc. Nothing helps. I even take something for nausea before 7:30 to try to prevent it from happening. It doesn't help. I am starting to regret having the surgery. HELP!!!!
