I am 7 months post op and experiencing severe belly pain

The pain is not the stomach pouch it is in the lower belly area. I have been feeling so bloated and gassy. That is the other problem I have not had a bowel movement in 2 days. I have not changed my eating habits at all. But what worries my is the double over pain that I get in my belly area. Any idea as to what this could be?
