I am going on a cruise in 3 weeks I will be at 4 months post-op and want to drink.

I am going on a cruise and want to drink a drink or two and was wondering what everyone recommends. I hate beer!!! I know alcohol after surgery isnt good for you but I am 22 and going on a cruise. I like fruity drinks and was wondering if there were any lower in sugar.
