flu symptoms

I am 15 months out and all of a sudden have a slight sore throat and feel nautious, have a fever and either have chills or profusely sweating to the point my clothes are wet, since I cannot vomit I'm just wondering if this is maybe the flu or if anyone else has had anything like this
