Surgeon recommends Optifast...I wanna save $$$ - How's Unjury?

I need to save money. The surgeon promotes Optifast which is fine. However, their "store" also sells Unjury, etc. Anyone else's thoughts on the comparison of Optifast and Unjury would be greatly appreciated!!
