I have no energy, I feel so fatigued......HELP!!!

Lately I have been so tired, I feel like I could sleep all the time. I feel great in the morning until like noon and than it is like a wave of tiredness. My arms and legs get weak and feel heavy and I could actually fall asleep at work. I am getting very worried. I had my surgery on April 3rd 2007 and have lost 88lbs. I need some advise, please help.
