nausea all day long

I had the surgery almost 1 yr ago. I never experienced nausea or throwing up on a daily basis. My sister had the surgery 4/28/06. she is nauseous every day no matter what she does. when she brushes her teeth she gags and throws up. She is really having a tough time. anyone with any help!!!!
