How many calories do you usually eat in a day?
I am 3 1/2 years post op and need to lose again. I was just at a nutrution class at my gym and he said that watching your calories and fats are the best thing to do. Not all proteins, or low-carbs, just watch your calories. Of course, when eating carbs and protein, eat the better ones. So I was wondering, should I try and aim for about 1000? What do you do? Thanks!!!
