Does anyone have a scar like this?

I am post op 11 months. I have what the dr. calls a keloid scar. Part of my scar is just a thin line. The middle part of my scar is real thick. It is still a little tender when I touch it. It is ok according to the dr. I was just wondering if anyone else had one and did it eventually shrink down some or if you know of any treatment that would make it smaller. I don't mind the the length of the scar it's just that it does still feel a little tender sometimes. thanks for any info.
