Does anyone else have a pouch of 15 cm. or smaller?

At first I was only 6 cm. and the Dr. went in and dialated to 15 cm. But I still have a very hard time to eat and drink, is this standard? I read that many others eat 1/2 sandwitch or a whole egg for breakfast, even 32 oz. water would be very hard for me a day.
