CAN ANYONE TELL ME ABOUT ANY MUSCLE PAINS IN THE STOMACH?

I HAD MY SURGERY 3/05/01 AND I AM ALMOST 1 MTH NAD HAVE LOST 40LBS,BUT NOW MY STOMACH IS STARTING TO FEEL HEAVY AND MY BOWLS ARE GETTING LOOSE,NO FEVER OR VOMITTING
