excessive weight gain

omg I had surgery 2004, I have gained every pound back with the exception of 20lbs but counting. I have had scopes xrays with drinking that white yucky stuff changed diet diet pills changed calorie intake exercise what I can do and have had to up my depression meds changed high blood pressure med I'm at the end of the rope I cannot afford the diet pills that the doctor prescribed for me anymore that didnt work anyway I have had two bouts of gastroenteritis in less than two weeks how do I get a revision HELP
