Need good appitite suppressant

I had my weight loss surgery 2 1/2 years ago. It was a great success as I lost 105 pounds. I was at my perfect weight. I have now gained 10 pounds and am beginning to panic. I am looking for a appitite suppressant to use that really works. Do you have any suggestions?
