What are your thoughts on pain patch for RNY patients?

I have read that people feel the patch only lasts two days instead of three. Also is it better on your liver to use the Fentanyl patch? I have tried other pain meds for my Fibromyalgia and the patch seems to work the best, but I would like people's views on the patch. Good and bad experiences are welcome.
