5 years proof of MO- missing a year in between

my insurance wants proof of 5 consecutive years of proof of MO, I switched dr's in 2005-I have records for 2004-2008, but old dr.;s records show I didnt have weight measured in 2003 ,so they gave me 2002. I have 2002, 2004-2008 but no 2003 will this disqualify me???All years show MO.
