had RNY in June and for the last 6 weeks haven't dropped 1 lb.
How many calories are we allowed in a day. I'm eating 9 oz. (3 per meal) exercising 2 miles a day, what seems to be my issue. Everyone says that you will have times that the weight stops but it will start back up again. How long does it take for it to start up again. I'm losing hope...
