Is dumping like what I have since gallbladder surgery

I had gallbladder surgery 10 years ago, ever since then I some foods just run right through me. I'll have to go to the restroom 20 minutes after I eat. Don't mean to be graphic but it is all liquid. Is this like the dumping I will get with Gastri Bypass?
