I am diabetic and I had surgery yesterday, no pain just a little discomfort ,

I take insulin four times a day and now at bedtime by blood sugar is 107 and I am supposed to take 60 units at bed time but I really think that is too much (my blood sugars have been 100, 102, 104) Naturally my doctor's office is close, has anyone else had this problem.
