Why have I started to gain weight?

I have gained ten lbs I am starting to feel down on myself and I have alot of exsess skin and I need to find a doctor that will except a payment plan to remove the skin. even if I can start paying before the surgery is done. I want to have one more child and have the skin removed after. But I am scared of gaining alot of weight during prenancy.
