Does anyone have bc\bs of virginia????

Hii, i am considering surgery, i have individual plan with bc\bs of va for the past 4 months, the policy is suppose to cover the surgery, but i didnt know if they had any if and or buts for approval, just dont want to get discouraged, any comment on this would be helpful,,,, thanks
