I have been getting dizzy when I stand up to fast.

I was wondering if this is due to me not getting enough water or other liquids. I am 5weeks post op and have finally been getting 45-50 oz of water in. But when I stand to fast, I get this rush of dizziness. My doctor says it is liquids but I am also taking two HBP meds. I tried quitting one of my meds and I felt like my pulse was racing so I started taking both meds again. My doc was aware of me quitting my one med.
