2 weeks post op, everything causing diarrhea, please help

New to OH & don't have a profile up yet but hoping someone can help. I had GBS RNY on Dec. 15th, everything is causing Diarrhea & bloating. Thought it was lactose intolerance (have history of this) stopped taking in milk for meal replacement shakes, didn't help. I have fibromyalgia and have to take 12 different meds daily including methadose, and other narcotics. Don't know if the meds could be causing the problem (they used to cause constipation?) Also stopped drinking light fruit juices thinking this might be the problem. Nothing seems to work. Called my nutritionsist, before I could explain said it was an issue for the Dr. Before I could call Dr., his office called me to cancel my 2 week post op appt. Hasn't been rescheduled yet. Need help from you experts that may have been through this. Thanks
