More than a question

I needed to elaborate on my earlier question... my doctor DID go over everything with me, I just have memory problems from a head injury 8 years ago, and didnt put the "label" of restriction together with what had been described. I apologize for my absentmindedness, but am also slightly offended at the suggestion that there was stupidity involved. I am NOT so far gone that I would commit to such a life changing surgery without having looked into every aspect of what was going on. And also, if you are going to suggest that someone is not smart enough to make an informed decision, the least you could do would be to include your name in the correspondence.
