pregnant and 2 1/2 years out...will i gain it all back?

I am 2 1/2 years post op and have found out that I am pregnant. I am petrified that I am going to gain all of the 120 pounds that I have lost back. If anyone has any advise, I am OPEN to any suggestions. I am wanting to eat everything in my face right now. I know this is in my head, but it's what I am feeling! HELP!!!!
