Please....does anyone know what this is???

Ok, I really don't want this to sound gross, but I don't know how else to explain this, so here goes... I posted a couple of days ago about a very small drainage I was having that was just a clear/yellow liquid...no big deal... but today the stuff is different. This is now a thick yellow/white substance that looks just like bacon grease when it hits the toilet paper...same consitancy. There is no odor, no redness, no tenderness, no fever.... just this small amount of "lard" like substance! And it is coming from a very small "bubble" that formed on top of my already "healed" (I thought) incision line. Anyone have a clue as to what this is? It's just a "pin point" hole and a band-aid takes care of the drainage...but this is just strange! Any help would be appreciated. Thanx to all. Love and Light,
