PLEASE IF YOU HAVE USED WELLNESS PLAN MEDICAID IN MI....

Ok I was wondering ig anyone in Michigan used Wellness plan medicaid to do this surgery...was it hard to get approved? I am 27 360lbs have hypertension and diabetes and on tuesday I am going for a sleep study to prove that I also have sleep apnea....is this medically necessary enough???
